                                            EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/BOARD CHAIR

Tiffany Jenee' Averette-Treadway is a founder of this organization, a devoted wife and mother of one. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA. Post-graduation, Tiffany decided to pursue another degree in the field of nursing. She is currently a member of the Society for Professional Women. With a passion for writing, Tiffany is currently publishing her first book, a memoir describing memorable events that led to the exact hour of her brother's death and life, here-after. She is a dedicated humanitarian, who strives each day to be the epitime of a Proverbs 31 woman.  Tiffany currently resides in Baton Rouge, LA. with her husband, Demetrius Sr. and son, Demetrius Jr. Tiffany is the second sibling after her deceased brother.

Terrah Sheree' Averette-Harrison is a founder of this organization, a devoted wife, mother of one and proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. and Master of Science degree from Holy Cross College in New Orleans, LA. Terrah diligently works as a Tutor/Mentor for the Marine & Mt. Moriah After School Academy. She is a dynamic and sought-after educator and Master Teacher in the Jefferson Parish School System. "Mrs. A," as her students call her, Terrah seeks to not only educate her students, but to motivate them; to provide insight on how to make it from the streets to success. Her list of accomplishments are endless as she strives to be a beacon light within her family and community. Terrah currently resides in New Orleans, LA. with her husband, Louis and daughter, Demi. Terrah is the first sibling after her deceased brother.


                                        
                                                     
VICE BOARD CHAIR

Kenneth DeJuan Averette is a founder of this organization. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM), where he held the point-guard position for the university's men's basketball team. His athletic abilites has awarded him numerous acalades in Men's Basketball and the opportunity to travel the world. However, Kenneth seeks achievement in academia and serving mankind. In the time away from his career, Kenneth spends time educating and mentoring the youth in the lower ninth-ward communities through the Desire Street Learning Academy. His humble and respectful demeanor has made him a hero to many, especially on the grounds of MLK and Johnny Jacobs (Mac) playgrounds. Kenneth is a man of few words, but makes his presence known within his church, family and in his community. Kenneth currently resides in New Orleans, LA. Kenneth is the very last sibling after his deceased brother.
