EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/BOARD CHAIR
Tiffany Averette-Treadway is a co-founder of this organization, a devoted military wife, mother of two, published author and motivational speaker. Tiffany is the CEO of Tell-It-Tipp Entertainment, LLC. & Decor Doors by Tiffany, LLC. She holds a Master's Degree in Health Administration and has being working in the health industry for over a decade. She is a presidential member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. In the spring of 2020, Tiffany received her Mechanics in Ventilation for COVID-19 & Understanding Global Health certification from Harvard Medical School.
Additionally, she is a dedicated humanitarian, who strives each day to be the epitome of a Proverbs 31 woman. Tiffany currently resides in Baton Rouge, LA. with her husband, MAJ. Demetrius Treadway, Sr. and two children, Demetrius "Jr." and Tye Belle. Tiffany is the second sibling after her deceased brother.

First Lady, Terrah Averette-Harrison is a co-founder of this organization, a devoted wife, mother of two, proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She holds a Master of Science degree. Terrah has been an educator in the Jefferson Parish Public School System for almost, 2 decades. She currently serves as Principal of B.A. St. Ville Elementary school in Harvey, La. Her professional success has awarded her nominations for "Principal of the Year" for Jefferson Parish and the state of Louisiana. Terrah seeks to not only educate her students, but to motivate them. Her school's mission is, "Every child. Every day." Her list of accomplishments are endless as she strives to be a beacon light within her family and community. Terrah currently resides in New Orleans, LA. with her husband, Reverend Louis Harrison (Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church) and two daughters, Demi Jo and Liah Brooks. Terrah is the first sibling after her deceased brother.

Kenneth D. Averette is a co-founder of this organization, a loving husband and father of two. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM); where he served as point guard for the men's basketball athletic association. His athletic abilites has awarded him numerous acalades in Men's Basketball and the opportunity to travel the world. Kenneth works for one of the world's largest providers of products and services to the energy industry. The time away from his career and family, Kenneth spends time educating and mentoring the youth in the lower ninth-ward communities through the Desire Street Learning Academy . His humble and respectful demeanor has made him a hero to many, especially on the grounds of Martin Luther King and Johnny Jacobs (Mac) playgrounds on the west bank of New Orleans. Kenneth currently resides in Lafayette, LA. with his wife, Dr. Cedrina Averette and two children, Eli Cruz and Charleigh Grace. Kenneth is the very last sibling after his deceased brother.
